The above costs are all that we ask our clients to pay. We do not charge extra for deposit handling, inspections, inventories or any other aspect which in our opinion should be covered within these existing costs. In addition to this, any contractors instructed by us on your behalf invoice you, the client directly. We do not receive any commission from suppliers unlike many our competitors who uplift these costs.
