The committee utilise the services of Tydemans Residential to manage the day to day aspects of the building on behalf of the leaseholders where we carry out the instructions of the committee (inspections, liaising with contractors/leaseholders, attending committee meetings, gathering quotations, accounting services, service charge distribution and budgets etc).
