As of February 1st 2016 the Right To Rent Scheme will be fully implemented for all letting agents and private landlords. From that date all prospective tenants will legally be required to prove residency prior to occupying a property.
This process will apply to all applicants and there are a number of documents that will be required to facilitate these checks. When you apply for a property through Tydemans Residential we shall advise you of the documents that are required and once provided, copies will be taken. There are no extra charges for these checks as they are included in the initial administration fee that is already in place.
