The Park Apartments site was once a public house and a few decades ago underwent a transformation and was converted into 6 self contained apartments. The building consists of 6 properties with a mixture of both individual and communal access. There are communal gardens to the rear of the building and allocated parking is available to the owners and residents.
The building is overseen by the Residents Management Company and Landlords, PARK APARTMENTS SWINDON LIMITED via a Management Committee with appointed directors. The committee/directors utilise the services of Tydemans Residential to manage the day to day aspects of the building on behalf of the leaseholders where we carry out the instructions of the committee where required (inspections, liaising with contractors/leaseholders, attending committee meetings, gathering quotations, service charge distribution and drawing up budgets etc). Sales packs (LPE1 forms) can be provided by us to solicitors however the information is simply gathered by us from the committee. As such, to avoid costs, owners may wish to obtain the information themselves. Service charge decisions and all other legally binding decisions inclusive of spending fall into the remit of the Landlords/Management Committee. The management Committee are the responsible persons (RP’s) for all required regulatory reports such as the FRA, EICR.
