The 20 Church Street site is a building which consists of 5 x 1 bedroom flats. The building is spread over 3 floors with individual external access to all flats. There is a small frontage with ample parking to the rear for the residents. A full building fire alarm system is in place for the safety of all occupants.

The building is overseen by the Management Company, 20 CHURCH STREET STRATTON ST. MARGARET MANAGEMENT CO. LIMITED and utilise the services of Tydemans Residential to manage the day to day aspects of the building. Service charge decisions and all other legally binding decisions inclusive of spending fall into the remit of the Director/Management Committee.

Please note: Tydemans Residential will only act on instructions from the committee and are in no way liable for the decisions made by them. We do not make unilateral or independent decisions on their behalf regarding any aspect of the building and we are unable to commit to spending or proceed with repairs without first notifying the committee and obtaining consent to proceed. We appreciate this can be frustrating as it can slightly hinder response times but the liability sits with the Director/Management Committee and as such we must be guided by their instructions.  The management Committee are the responsible persons (RP’s) for all required regulatory reports such as the FRA, EICR and are the ones to approve and make all legally binding decisions and oversee their implementation based on the content of these reports.
